When I submit credit card
information online, is it secure?
The security of your credit card information is a priority to us.
Wine Racks Candle Holders uses the secure industry leader Paypal for its payment
processing. Paypal uses the encrypted SSL connection to transmit
payment information. Wine Racks Candle Holders never even sees your credit card
information. We don't store it and it is never communicated to us,
we only receive the payment.
Will Wine Racks Candle Holders sell or rent my email address information to other
companies?
We use the personally identifiable information you provide for internal
purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or
registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new
products, services and offers, etc. You may always opt out of these
email notifications at any time by following the instructions in each
email. We will never sell, rent, or otherwise give your information
to any third parties.

Returns
We have a 30-day satisfaction
guaranteed, return policy.
If for any reason you are not pleased
with your product, return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. Call us
and we will send you a return shipping label immediately.

We guarantee the highest
quality and lowest prices for wrought iron items.
We will match the price of any wrought iron items
that you find at furniture and accessory stores, such as Pier One or
Pottery Barn. In addition to this
we will powder coat the items, providing them with a much more durable
finish than similar items at other stores. Powder coated items will
hold up much longer than uncoated items, particularly outdoors.
Wholesale
For retailers or wholesalers purchasing multiple items.
We offer a 10% discount (off of our very low website prices) to retailers,
wholesalers, and interior designers with a purchase of $200 or more (after
discount). We also offer 20% discount with a purchase of $500 or more
(after discount). Any custom color is available with wholesale
quantities. We also offer wholesale pricing on custom home decor
pieces.
Our only catalog is online; no printed version is
